It is completely unclear that this would happen, yet the official setup guide suggests it. I've also had some weird cases where twitch actually removes data, because it uses some notion of a master/slave configuration behind the scenes. It's nice for when I occasionally find a new addon to install, but even then, if that addon stores any data or requires any configuration, it's all lost and inconsistent. When I scan the auction house on my desktop, even if I manually backup settings/data through twitch, then my laptop can never see that data. manually backup and restore settings per device.Unfortunately, the only things it does are: I hoped that the official Twitch 'sync' and 'settings backup' options would work seamlessly to keep all the auctioneer data and settings consistent.
